Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II celebrates her Diamond Jubilee, of sixty years on the throne this year. Congratulations to Her Majesty who has dedicated her life to the service of the Nation and Commonwealth. This is only the second time in English history a monarch has reached this milestone, the other being Queen Victoria in 1897, so it is an extremely momentous occasion.

The Grand Orange Lodge of England held a Parade through central London to mark this historic occasion of the Diamond Jubilee. The event took place on 16th June 2012 and was a huge success, with an estimated 12,000 people taking part. Please see our Gallery page for photos, video and a newspaper report of the special day.
